Study Permit

The study permit is a document issued by the government of Canada that allows foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions (DLI) in Canada. Admission into these learning institutions is the key factor in student’s academic journey.

Visitor Visa

A visitor visa (also called as temporary resident
visa) is an official document that government of Canada attached to visitor’s passport to enter Canada,where the visit or can stay up to six (6) months in Canada.

We process visitor visa or Electronic Travel Authorization(ETA). Valid travel document (passport) is required.

Work Permit

A Canada work permit allows a foreign national to work in Canada temporarily.

Canada offers several options to foreign workers under two programs -Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) where a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is required; and the International Mobility Program (IMP).

Permanent Residence

Permanent Residency (PR) is a status granting individual who is not a Canadian citizen the right to live and work in Canada. The individual must have completed the Canadian qualifying work experience, education, and language proficiency test (IELTS) based in the requirements of their program.

The PR card is valid for five (5) years and permits immigrant to travel abroad.

Canada Citizenship

Canada citizenship designate individuals who were born, naturalized, or domiciled in Canada. Requirements to become a Canadian citizen:

-be a permanent resident have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years

-have filed your taxes, if you need to

-pass the citizenship test

-prove your language

Spousal or Common-Law Sponsorship

Canadian citizens or permanent residents who meet qualifications can sponsor their spouse, common-law or conjugal partner.

The sponsor must be financially responsible for
the sponsored person/s for at least 3 years from when they become permanent residents.

The sponsor and the sponsored person/s must
undertake a sponsorship agreement.

Agri-Food Pilot Program

The Agri-Food Pilot allows Canadian employers to hire foreign nationals to fill temporary jobs when qualified Canadians are not available. It provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced, non-seasonal workers in specific industries with specific occupations.

A full-time non-seasonal job offer, eligible Canadian work experience, language proficiency and Canadian education equivalency are required to apply for permanent residency.

Caregiver Program

The Caregiver program allows Canadian employers to hire foreign nationals to fill temporary jobs when qualified Canadians are not available. It provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced Home Child-Care Provider or Home Support Worker.

A full-time non-seasonal job offer, eligible Canadian work experience, language proficiency and Canadian education equivalency are required to apply for permanent residency.

Temporary Foreign Worker Program

The Temporary ForeignWorker (TFW) Program
allows Canadian employers to hire foreign nationals through Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), to fill temporary jobs when
qualified Canadians are not available. It provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced workers who meet certain qualifications under the program requirements. This program assesses the labour shortages, employers’ recruitment and advertisement efforts.
